This division is fully equipped with an in-house technical workshop. Factory trained engineers with sound technical knowledge provide customers with a thorough in-sight to the operations of the equipment we sell. Coupled with ongoing inputs, technical training seminars conducted periodically by our principal collaborators for various products; we ensure that we are always geared not only to meet customer needs, but to exceed their expectations.

The technical division is always in tune with evolving technologies and latest solutions. It is also equipped with the latest diagnostic tools to ensure that the customer is guaranteed of quality and cost effective repairs.

We also have a computerized call logging system at PCTL so that there are impeccable records of all the equipment entrusted to us for repair and maintenance.
